Yes, we have a professional maintenance team on site from 8:00 am-4:30 pm, Monday-Friday, and a technician on call 24/7 for emergencies.

You can submit a request via our online resident portal or directly with Resident Services.

Our team addresses all requests within 24-48 hours. Emergencies are handled immediately.

During normal business hours, please contact our Resident Services team. After hours, please call our office and choose the emergency maintenance option.

Yes, reasonable modifications to the apartment are permitted as long as they can be repaired at the time of move-out.

Yes, we allow up to two pets (cats or dogs) in each apartment.

We do not have breed or weight restrictions.

There is a pet fee of $500 for one pet and $900 for two pets. Pet rent is $25 per month per pet.

There is no on-site pet park, but The Curtis Hixon Dog Park is located approximately two blocks from our community.

Yes, we offer garage parking for an additional fee for residents. Retail customer and guest parking is available on the first level.

Each apartment includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and washer/dryer. 

Yes, we offer fully furnished apartments.

We offer 7 to 15 month lease terms.

Yes, we offer furnished apartments with flexible leasing options. Please call for corporate housing inquiries.

Each apartment includes a full-size, stackable washer/dryer in residence.

Packages will be logged in our Amazon Hub locker system. Oversized packages will be signed for by our Resident Services Team who will contact you to confirm delivery.

The Fitness Center is open 24/7.

Our 24/7 fitness center features on-demand fitness programming, a yoga/stretch area, a TRX all-in-one suspension trainer, free weights, spin bikes, cardio equipment, and more. 

Quiet hours are 10 pm-6 am. All amenity spaces are complimentary for residents.


Tours are complimentary; all you need is photo ID.

Walk ins are welcome, but we prefer appointments so we can personalize your tour experience.

Utilities are billed separately and credit card fees are assessed dependent upon the card type you use. Parking, pet rent, technology fee, and storage fees are charged monthly, if applicable.

Yes, we require all residents carry a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage. While personal renters insurance is not required, it is highly recommended.

Contact Tampa Electric to set up electricity by calling 813.223.0800. Water & sewer is setup by us and billed to you by a third-party billing agency called Conservice. You can pay for water & sewer directly to us along with your rent.

Yes, please inquire for the current offering. All referrals must be registered before first contact.

WiFi is provided through Gigstreem, and cable is provided through DirecTV.

We allow two guests per resident. Guests must be accompanied by a resident while using any amenities.

No, we do not allow subleasing.

Yes, Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority operates transit stops within close proximity to our community.

We are located in the heart of the River Arts District, blocks from endless eateries and Tampa’s best attractions including Tampa Riverwalk, Straz Center for the Performing Arts, Tampa Museum of Art, Curtis Hixon Park, Amalie Arena, and Armature Works. 

Our community is home to six, exciting retailers.  We are also in close proximity to Armature Works. Sprouts Farmers Market is location 1.1 miles from our community. Hyde Park Village is location 1.8 miles from our community. International Plaza and Bay Street is 5 miles from our community.

Our community is a short two blocks away from the Curtis Hixon Dog Park.

Yes, we are one block away from the Tampa Riverwalk, a 2.6-mile-long open space and pedestrian trail along the Hillsborough River.

From Kennedy Blvd, make a left onto Ashley Drive, then a left onto Tyler Street. Our building will be on the right side of the road. From Interstate 275, take the Ashley Drive exit, turn right onto Tyler Street. 

We are located at the intersection of Ashley Drive and Tyler Street.
